COVID-19 CHANGES TO CLASSES: Please Read*

We started online Zoom School classes early 2020 (ongoing), due to the COVID-19 pandemic as a necessity to reach my relocated students situated globally in the US, UK, China, Canada, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Australia and New Zealand.

What we thought would be temporary lasted all of 2020, into 2021, and ongoing into 2022. Art has kept many people focussing on the positive feelings creativity brings, rather the negativity of isolation, loss, decline in mental health, lockdown, separation from loved ones and travel restrictions and bans. 

Art has a positive effect on your mental health and well-being and is well-known to produce pheromones, (the feel-good brain chemicals), which is a great reason to start getting creative! You can start to create with as little materials as a pencil and notepad and build your supplies from there. Use that inner-child critic to turn all of those negative feelings of of why you CAN'T create, into just ONE reason of why you CAN! 


Start your ritual of showing up to your journal to write down your thoughts and sketch your surrounds. Join our online classes from the comfort of your own space, or find classes, retreats or workshops near you.
